This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior developer looking to work on innovative browser based business applications using Microsoft tools.
They are looking for a new or recent graduate from a Computer Science discipline. Someone who really enjoys developing applications and is happy working in small teams. This would be ideal for someone wanting progress their knowledge in full stack development working alongside highly experienced colleagues.
They build mainly browser based business applications for a range of clients, in sectors including finance, leisure and services. Experience with cloud deployment, particularly in Azure and Azure SQL. An ability to understand business processes will also be of interest.
The role is based in their office in central Bristol, where a relaxed and co-operative team environment is encouraged. Most staff are currently working from home at the moment, but expect to be back in the office shortly, They work for clients around the country and travel is sometimes needed.
Key tools and techniques they use are:
- Database: SQL Server and Azure SQL
- Full stack development: .Net, WebForms, Blazor
- Web development: HTML, Javascript, Bootstrap
- Environment: Azure DevOps, Git + Teams Foundation Server
The successful candidate would also be expected to communicate effectively and clearly with clients both at a management and user level.
Experience is welcome, but they are happy provide training to the right person.
Salary range £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience + 21 days holiday rising to 26 days + bank holidays.
