They are looking for experienced Delivery Managers, who have delivered agile projects. You will be a great leader able to motivate and engage people to deliver excellence. You will need experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholders and have experience of delivery projects from inception through to adoption.
Responsibilities
- End to end delivery of projects
- Monitoring spend, reporting progress and tracking team velocity
- Tracking risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies
- Ensuring there is a clear path for development and delivery
- Ensuring successful collaboration within the team and the wider project
- Working with and engaging stakeholders
- Championing best practice methodologies
- Exemplifying positive customer focussed behaviour
- Acting as the assignment manager for our team on client site
Skills/Experience
- A background in Agile Delivery across the whole lifecycle of technical projects/service development
- Strong experience in Agile scrum methodologies and delivering software in Agile teams
- Forward thinking, pragmatic approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to successfully engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of supporting and developing people
- Self awareness and high Emotional Intelligence

You will be a critical thinker, enjoy tackling problems in a structured way and are a highly motivated self-starters. You will have a strong desire to deliver the best possible solutions for clients.
You will ideally share their values and be aligned with their ways of working and, as your career progresses, you will work across all areas of the development lifecycle, from strategy to implementation, and take on projects in different sectors.
You should be open to working in different locations for different clients. Although most of their work is in London/Milton Keynes, candidates should be happy to travel as required.
