Product Manager (Welsh speaking)Experis are currently recruiting for a Product Manager to join a central government department on the discovery and alpha phases of a project. The successful candidate will be responsible for product management and user centred design. Responsibilities Provide direction and leadership for multidisciplinary agile product teamsDefine, explain and iterate a product vision that's compelling to users, team and stakeholdersDevelop and prioritise a product backlog, writing good user stories and making decisions based on evidenceBe responsible for developing and articulating a clear vision, achievable goals and measurable objectives, which are aligned to the goals and objectives.Lead engagement with stakeholders, users and partner organisations, by running demos, blogging, facilitating workshopsCoaching and mentoring the team to help them build skills in product managementMust have experienceDemonstrable experience leading teams/products through discovery and alpha phasesRecent evidence of creating and developing product strategiesDemonstrable evidence of deep agile understanding and experienceEvidence that you have a thorough understanding of a variety of disciplines involved in digital delivery, including engineering, service-design, performance analysis and user research developed through working in multidisciplinary teamsRecent evidence of engagement with stakeholders with varying levels of understanding of user centred design and agileDemonstrable evidence of managing complex stakeholder situationsRecent evidence of coaching and identifying learning opportunitiesDemonstrable experience of working in the Welsh Public SectorContractors must have Professional-level fluency in Welsh language
