Job Title: C++ Developer (iOS)

Location: Osterley (remote to start)

Duration: 6 monthsThis role will fall inside IR35 Background:My clients services are provided to multiple countries across Europe reaching over 20 million homes. As a technology leader and innovator, my clkient is constantly improving it's products to improve the customer experience and produce a wealth of outstanding content delivered to a variety of platforms and devices.Description:My clients development team, is responsible for the delivery of the User Interface for ground breaking product. You will be delivering robust and creative solutions to demanding and often immovable deadlines. The department strives to be seen both internally and externally as a world-class software engineering function, continually delivering high quality solutions.In this role you will be the Objective-C expert leading the implementation of our complex cross-platform interface (written in C++/Qt) in macOS platforms. The role requires expertise in iOS/macOS and the flexibility to dig into and understand the C++ code the app is written on.Key Responsibilities:Develop excellent quality software using agile techniques such as Test Driven Development and Pair ProgrammingTake an active role in Story definition, assisting QA's and business stakeholders with Acceptance criteriaDrive best technology and software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasmParticipate in regular showcases of new work to the product owners and business stakeholdersStrive for continuous improvement within the teamRequirements/ Skills:Essential:iOS / macOSObjective-CCocoa frameworkXcodeAt least 5 years' experience in developing and shipping iOS / macOS apps.At least 2 years C++ experience Please submit your CV at your earliest convenience
