The Company
Blue Cross are one of the UK's leading rehoming organisations for animals. We support sick, injured and homeless pets and care for more than 40,000 animals every year through our rehoming, veterinary and education programmes.
We're now looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 35 hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven project management experience and substantial experience of managing a large consumer-facing website, to grow and succeed within our charity.
You will play an important role in helping us design and deliver digital experiences which will help us educate people and spread the word about the brilliant work we do. The Role
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team, including a Digital Product Manager and a User Experience Designer, to deliver our website and digital product roadmap.
In this role, you will focus on the needs of our audiences, ensuring they receive the very best advice which is then translated into excellent digital products.
You will work closely with our digital partner agency to ensure we are at the forefront of delivering pet advice and support in an innovative and creative fashion.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure our digital products meet organisational and digital marketing objectives
- Lead large-scale projects delivered within timescales and within budget
About You
To join us as a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will need:
Excellent knowledge of agile project management and ways of working with substantial experience in this sphere
Substantial experience of user-centred development
Substantial experience of managing a large consumer facing website
Proven project management experience
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts that engage with audiences
Strong technical expertise, with particular emphasis on web, analytics, mobile, search, eCommerce and CRM
Strong line-management skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
