Operations Team Lead Berlin Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the front-line of picking & shipping operations. You will help implement new processes to help improve the quality and efficiency of our current processes and infrastructure. More specifically, you will:Inspire a team of workers executing pick and ship operations in a way to maximise team output and reach ambitious quality and efficiency targetsMaintain a positive work environment with a high degree of motivation and commitment towards business objectivesAssist in assessing areas for improvement and identify solutions, and clearing roadblocks with other departmentsCoach individuals in their development and empower them to reach their goalsMaintain relationships with key contacts involved in the day-to-day operations and ship orders according to the scheduleContribute to the improvement and scalability of operational processes and toolsParticipate in daily planning activitiesRequirements / Qualifications:
Fluency in English and GermanBetween 1 to 3 years experience directly leading teamsAbility to excel in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and motivational skillsPost-secondary degree, industrial or mechanical engineering are an assetProven organisational, planning and project management skills, an assetFlexibility to work long hours and weekends, when necessaryAPPLY NOW!
