The role

As a Frontend Tech Lead with experience in React, your focus will be on coaching and guiding a team of 5 developers so the product development will be running smoothly, with a focus on quality. The role is 80% Technical and 20% mentoring & people management.

Must have

Professional experience with Javascript, React If you're asking about numbers, around 4 years or more.Experience with eitherIoS or Android is a great plus. Ideally both, but the most important is that you're willing to learn. Libraries/frameworks such as Redux and Redux-saga is also a great asset.Massive bonus if you're experienced with React Native; Other languages like Kotlin or Swift are also "nice to have".Strong communication skills and the ability to coach others.A Master's Degree or, at least, a Bachelor's.Fluency in English and ability to work in Belgium with no visa.
