Fixed term: 24 months Previous applicants need not apply North Bristol NHS is embarking on a Digital Transformation Programme that will see the organisation transition from our current Patient Administration System (PAS) to a full Electronic Patient Record (EPR). We require a skilled Senior Project Manager to form part of the Digital Transformation Team that is responsible for delivering one of the clinical workstreams of this ambitious digital modernisation programme. What are we looking for; Enthusiastic and resilient and has experience in delivering complex IT projects Will be able to demonstrate experience in delivering change initiatives in busy and demanding environments Highly skilled at leading and managing projects teams through the project life cycle To be able to work and manage multi-skilled IT teams including IT technicians / System Analysts / Business Intelligence / Information Governance Will need to work closely with senior stakeholders from within the business including senior clinical and operational staff Comfortable at reporting to Programme Board level **Please note this is not a transition/step-up role and is a role for an experienced senior project manager who can evidence delivery of large complex IT projects **Individuals who have not worked in a healthcare environment will be considered and those candidates who have worked in large corporate organisations delivering large scale multidisciplinary projects will be considered.
