Would you like to work with some of the UK's most exciting engineering entrepreneurs?
We are on the lookout for a Programme Manager to support the Enterprise Hub team with our Scale Up Accelerator, boosting engineering and tech start-ups to scale rapidly.
The Enterprise Hub focuses on supporting individuals and fostering their potential in the long term, taking nothing in return. This sets us apart from the usual ‘accelerator' model: the Enterprise Hub's programmes last between 6 and 12 months, and all programmes give entrepreneurs lifelong access to an unrivalled community of mentors and alumni.
Our goal is to encourage creativity and innovation in engineering for the benefit of all. By fostering lasting, exceptional connections between talent and expertise, we aim to create a virtuous cycle of innovation that can deliver on this ambition.
You will be passionate about supporting engineering scaleup leaders, will enjoy scouting for promising potential applicants for the programme and have a commitment to increase diversity on the programme. In addition, you will be competent at relationship and budget management, administration and events support.
We are a small, friendly, collaborative and enthusiastic team. We are looking to expand and you will enable us to promote our programme more widely and improve the quality of our offer.
We have big plans this year and we would like to find someone to get stuck into the daily activities and long-term vision of the Enterprise Hub.
In return, we offer an unrivalled package of benefits including a non-contributory pension scheme, BUPA cash plan, private medical insurance, subsidised restaurant, regular social activities, health and wellbeing programmes and flexible working, as well as significant investment into your personal and professional development. Our offices are based in central London near St. James' Park.
We have adapted our working practices in response to Covid-19, and all staff are currently working remotely. We support flexible working and would be happy to discuss working patterns with candidates.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. To find out more and to apply, please visit our website by clicking Apply Now.
