Are you a Civil Engineer looking for a role with a successful, high end residential design and build company who are growing both in success and in site expansion?An exciting and progressive opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join an established property develop to join their engineering team in their Leeds based office with the chance to move into management roles as they see their offices branch out across the patch.

This established company build luxury, high end residential homes and have seen significant growth through their eye to detail and bespoke developments. They have seen success and have plans to expand on their units almost doubling their developments across the Northern patch building luxury homes.

In this role you will be managing a varied workload of technical projects and on site infrastructure from cradle to grave. You will be delivering engineering and utilities designs with building legislation in mind. You will be overseeing all technical matters including drawings, pricing and sign offs are in line with build programs and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background preferably from a residential background, confident in the design stages and reading specifications for proposed plans. Knowledge of road and sewer works would be advantageous. You will have used CAD or equivalent systems before.
