Business Analyst (regulatory reporting - Solvency II)

Our client is a global investment and wealth management business with a portfolio in excess of £100 billion and c. 1 million customers. As a highly established recruitment partner for IT / tech personnel we have been asked to assist in the hire of a Business and Systems Analyst to join the growing team. This role would normally be based out of Southampton. Candidates needing 100% home working post covid may be considered, although there is likely to visit Southampton 1-2 days per week post covid (to be confirmed).
The Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst will focus on Solvency II projects, work closely with stakeholders and will analyse and design business solutions and produce technical requirement documentation.
Key skills
* Solid experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector
*Proven experience of working on regulatory reporting projects
*Solvency II experience would be ideal but not essential
*Solid stakeholder engagement skills
Base salary c. £60k + you will be entitled to 26 days holiday (pro rata), enrolment into the company's incentive scheme, a 10% non-contributory company pension scheme that can be boosted through personal contributions, and a cash benefits allowance.
