ITSM Tooling Specialist

SC Cleared (And eligible for DV)

ITSM Tooling Specialist is required to provide technical guidance and assistance through provision of complex technical consultation on current and proposed capability. The candidate must have a strong background in Information Technology and have a clear understanding of the challenges of information security.

Main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Have a wide experience of Service Management Toolset, including CMDBs, ticketing systems and Service Catalogues.

* Have experience of working in a military environment

* Have a good understanding of engineering processes and technical development skills.

* Be the single point of contact between the Service Management Function for all tooling from requirements to implementation.

* Understand the requirements of working in a secure environment and bring best practice of aggregating data across multiple security domains.

* Work with and manage Key Stakeholders in the 'Tooling' domain.

* Have experience of Windows Server and related technologies to include Exchange, ADFS, Scripting, VMware, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), BMC Remedy and SolarWinds.

* Support development of Processes, Procedures and documentation to ensure high quality customer support.

* To support all incidents, problems, defect diagnostics and change.
