My client is looking for a Design Lead/Tech Lead to support with key strategic growth areas! You must be a highly capable and experienced Design Lead/Digital Technical Lead to support the definition of the roadmap, architecture and design for a self-service capability. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of technical capabilities that support solutions across the area and for all personas (e.g. customers' different personas, local markets and internal operations).

You will foster collaboration with business stakeholders to build support towards the target architecture and solutions. Expectations:Act as a Self-Service Design champion for the business and technical stakeholders.Lead effort to identify and analyse business drivers to derive business information, technical, and solution-based requirements.Working collaboratively with central and local Technology stakeholders to ensure that the right technology is in place to support the central and local delivery and operations.Drive self-service solution into delivery and support until successful launch.Act as channel representative towards business and business representative towards other functions for all processes and systems.Develop overall architecture approach for all layers of a solution. (Conceptual and logical architecture specifications).Support business case definition with business and finance.Ensure that the network, service and related operational support requirements are fully captured, understood, agreed, consistent and communicated according to the company standardsLead vendor and SI selection with the business, domain leads, architecture, operations, and finance. Technical Skills:Understanding of Enterprise processes.Understanding Operational Technology and their integration with Information Technology for main industrial sectors (natural resources, transportation, manufacturing etc)Has proficient experience in IT strategy definition and applications solution.Extended knowledge of the most relevant SW components and vendors in Multi-channel/Omni-channel platforms and technologies including CMS/ Portal/ Knowledge management and search technologiesGood understanding of Authentication, Authorisation techniques.Your strong stakeholder management skills will allow you to work across multiple teams and at different levels of the organisation to understand existing processes and obtain support for your proposals.Is a recognized expert in Technical Architecture of Telco Channel capabilities and Integration layerDemonstrable and recent track record of delivering service designs that span multi-disciplinary areas, preferably in a large telecommunications or IT environment.Experience of Quality Assurance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement. Technical Skills:Liferay, Elastic, React, micro-services, TOGAF, Telco Processes and Operations: NGOSS, Channels domainDCL (digital component library), DXL (digital integration layer)Enterprise products, UX design conceptsProfessional Business Architecture and Analysis SDS: Outside Length: 3 months (will extend)

Location: 100% remote

Rate: £400-500 a day but negotiable based on experience Interviews will be early next week with a start date within 1-2 weeks.
