.Net Developer

MSP

Chorley, Lancashire / remote

Market leading energy software and managed services Company, operating in five locations across the globe, is experiencing significant growth and looking to recruit a .Net Developer, to work within an agile environment.

You will be responsible for the software development of projects, and committed to utilising development methodologies, whilst having the ability to provide software process improvements.

Using good problem-solving techniques, as well good inter-personal skills, and a positive attitude, we are looking for someone with a good understanding of the full development lifecycle, with detailed knowledge of at least one of the following: Analysis/Design, Software Engineering, Testing, Implementation.

Skills / Environment: SQL Server, C#, ASP.Net (VB.NET and React.js, Energy Industry, agile, desirable, but not essential)

As the successful .Net Developer, you will follow JIRA/Git processes and update accordingly, as well as design parts of the physical system; define the system processes; map the processes onto the data model; describe the life cycle of the data entities; define and design user interfaces; contribute towards the production of the physical design specification; to participate in quality reviews.
