£29,000 - £30,000 Basic + Monday - Friday (DAYS ONLY) + Benefits Package

Exciting opportunity to work a day shift maintenance engineer role for a thriving industrial engineering company offering excellent training and the opportunity to be a part of a growing team. Be part of a technical team with opportunities to progress and ongoing training and development. Work in a small, expanding maintenance engineering team.

This company operates within heavy engineering and has a long history of excellence and high product quality. Through continuous growth and demand for their services they require an additional maintenance engineer to minimise downtime and improve site reliability. Be a vital part of this company's long term plans and grow yourself as an engineer technically along the way.

The Role:

* Maintenance engineer - mechanical bias with electrical understanding

* Planned/reactive maintenance and breakdowns

* Mechanical maintenance, fault finding and repairs

* Working on hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC machines, welding equipment

* Monday - Friday, days only

The Person:

* Mechanical maintenance engineer

* Background from manufacturing / industrial / FMCG (ex forces welcome)

* Mechanically biased (hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, motors experience)

* Able to read electrical drawings and do basic fault finding
