Quality & Environmental Manager (Production)Commutable from: Leicester, Shepshed, Thurmaston, Hinckley, Lutterworth, Wigston, Nuneaton £35,000 to £45,000 + Pension + 33 Days Annual Leave + Online Benefits Portal + Length of Service AwardsAre you a Quality Manager from a production background looking to play an integral role within an ever growing company that have blue chip customers around world? On offer is a unique and hands on role where you will play your part within a ground-breaking company that produce luxury products for household and high end names. This company are part of a Global group but they focus on a family feel at each company base and they have grown through acquisition. They are world leading within luxury packaging and boast a wide range of prestigious customers. This would suit a Quality Manager with a Production/Manufacturing background and any knowledge within packaging would be highly advantageous.The Role:

- Develop all company quality, environmental and business continuity management systems

- Ensure the business is fully compliant with all national / international laws & regulations as well as the requirements of ISO standards and procedures

- Other duties include: risk assessments / SoW / audits / inspections / maintenance records / control of contractorsThe Person:

- Must have strong Quality experience within a Manufacturing environment

- Any experience within packaging would be an advantage
