Job Description I am working with a computer software company in London that are providing Real Time analytics & insurance pricing for commercial fleet drivers. There core platform utilises streaming telematic data and adjusts insurance pricing in Real Time reacting to the driver's usage, behaviour, environment and needs. My Client focus primarily on ride-hailing, vehicle sharing and delivery services and are disrupting the commercial insurance industry by providing solutions that support the sharing economy

Role & ResponsibilitiesBuilding analytics based web applications leveraging multi-dimensional data insightsData visualisationBuilding and deploying microservices for IoT and telematics dataCreation of reusable data modelsBuilding API services to integrate with data providersDesign of data service and data integration frameworksRelease testing and productionising new component

Skills NeededAmazon Quicksight AWS RDS and/or AuroraStrong SQL LanguageGo or Python development experience of at least 2 yearsAWS Lambda function development and integration with other cloud servicesAPI service implementation using AWS API Gateway Service, GraphQL and RESTExpertise in performance tuning and service monitoringNice to Have Fleet management and telematicsAWS Security, including IAM, SecretsManager, KMS and CognitoAWS S3SQS, Kafka or MQTTModern data warehousing (AWS Athena, Presto or Hive)
