Do you have experience working within a Consultancy firm as an Operations/Business Manager? Are you looking for a long term role offering development opportunities where you can grow alongside this growing business?

This multi-disciplinary contractor run projects within a variety of sectors including; Rail, Civils and Utilities. Having been established for over 35 years they deliver design and engineering services solution's to an array of Tier 1 clients. As a result of new business and ambitious expansion plans, they are now looking to recruit a Business and Operations Manager to add to their growing London office.

In this role you will be lead and oversee the work of employees within the business. You will ensure that the efficiency of business operations are maintained and aligned to the businesses strategic goals. You will be responsible for enhancing the best practice of the business alongside the Managing Director. The positions ultimate goal is to ensure the profitability of company activities and drive sustainable development towards long term expansion and success plan.

The successful candidate will either be an experienced Business and Operations Manager with experience within an Engineering/Construction consultancy enviroment who is seeking the chance to join an expanding business. You will have excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills. You will also have a degree within a relevant discipline including Business Management or Civil Engineering. As well as being driven to develop and progress within your career.
