Within this role you will be learning through experience whilst shadowing and being mentored by the Associate Director and Head of the Civils Team. Allowing you to develop your knowledge and understanding of highways, drainage solutions, pavement specifications as well as reactive learning such as resolving technical issues raised by contractors. The company will also provide training on software packages including MicroDrainage.

The company offer an excellent internal progression structure and are well known for the investment they put into training their staff.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Graduate Civil Engineer who has an interest in infrastructure who is looking to join a well-established, expanding consultancy where you will be fully trained and developed.The Role:Graduate EngineerLearning and assisting in the design functionWorking on projects including highways, SuDS, Flood Risk Assessment, Flood Management and Pavement schemesOn-going training, development and mentorshipThe Person:Civil Engineering GraduateMust have an interest in infrastructure projectsUnderstanding of relevant Civil Engineering principlesA strong desire to develop and progress within their careerMust live local to Gloucester or be serious about relocating to the area
