3rd Line Support Engineer - up to 40K

Growing MSP, based in Waterlooville, are expanding their IT team of 6, and looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer. You will be responsible for providing technical support for server infrastructure and LAN WAN networks for external customers, as well as assisting them through onsite support and consultancy.

Skills / Environment (not all essential): Active Directory, Azure, Hyper V, VMWare, (TCP/ DCHP/ DNS / VPN / Routers / Switches), MS 365, SharePoint, Windows 2008 server and Exchange Server 2003 / 2007 /2010, MCSE or MCITP would be highly desirable

As the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be tasked with maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. You will consult on infrastructure problems and provide suitable networking solutions, whilst resolving all IT issues with a professional manner and allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member

This is a great opportunity, where you can learn and develop, within an established MSP with over 15 year of experience.

Salary: up to 40K
