Project Communication Manager for ITID - Financial Risk Transformation, Market Risk ScenarioLocation - London Rate - £468 - £600 p/dayStart date - ASAPContract - 6 Months + Our financial services client is currently seeking an experienced Project Communication Manager for ITID to join their team in the London office/remote working for an initial 6-month contract. Principal Accountability:Ownership of communication plans for specific project outcomes e.g. new application product introductionsDevelop and drive communications that support strategic goals and initiatives - both within and outside of the functionManage internal campaigns and news that are relevant to all service lines and / or products, including ensuring important business updates, success stories from the teams and other relevant information are communicated to employee audience groupsCreate compelling content and messages to engage employees about the progress and priorities of ITID and aligned to our purpose, strategies and prioritiesEquip people managers with briefings and material that inform and mobilises employeesCommunicate major initiatives and support programme communication, in collaboration with relevant project teams and other communication colleagues as requiredEngage stakeholders by delivering key messages through appropriate channelsProvide insight and counsel to senior management on communications strategies and messagingWork collaboratively with teams, to ensure local employee communications plans are aligned with global communications strategies as well as business priorities.Experience, Skills and Qualifications: A proven track record in developing, managing and implementing communication plans translating into solid and practical deliveryExcellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives across regional/global geographiesA strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers and manage and deliver excellent performance from teams and individualsExcellent interpersonal, strategic planning and management skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong knowledge of communication trends and best practiceBroad knowledge of financial services industry and global marketplaceExperience in handling crisis communicationsIf you are relevant or interested please don't delay, contact me on 0161 924 1384/
