Currently on offer is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join an established and expanding Construction company. On offer is the chance to manage a variety of different sites predominantly within the residential but also commercial sector. The company offers a competitive salary and is looking for someone who holds a deep passion for architecture and the job that they do.

This well-established company prides itself on its exceptional service and through innovation and customer satisfaction they have amassed a large and varied clientele that has left them unaffected by the current pandemic.

They now require a Construction Manager to provide their excellent man management, client liaison, negotiation and expertise in their discipline to help drive the company forwards.In this role you will manage numerous sites and the right candidate must have previous experience physically managing staff and have around 8 years of residential or commercial experience (unless they hold a very impressive portfolio).
