Business Analyst - Digital Service

Location: Leeds (currently working from home)

Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with project stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are identifiedDocumenting requirements in the form of Agile User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaWhere appropriate, using more formal analysis techniques such as UML, Use Case and Activity Diagrams, and performing business process modellingBuilding and maintaining backlogs using Agile Work ItemsContributing to and helping to foster disciplined Agile working practicesUsing Agile boards to maintain a constant flow of work in play at any timeAssist the Scrum Master in daily tasks such as recording team metrics or removing blockers

Required SkillsStrong business analysis skills, including documenting business and technical requirements.Practical experience of a range of agile analysis techniquesExperience working closely alongside developers and testersAwareness of app and web development technologies, techniques and practices in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent facilitation and communication skillsAbility to handle non-routine queries and resolving issues from application of previous experiencePerform analysis to validate business assumptions and requirements
