JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title:Automation Test AnalystInside IR35 Location:Swindon Department/Practice:Testing Job Purpose and primary objectives: Lead the automation testing requirements for the assigned engagements Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team): a) Understand and implement best test practices with automation first approach b) Identify/manage RAIDs and test scopes from defined OKRs c) Participate in project requirements preparation and discuss with Project stakeholders d) Prepare test strategy, plan and outcome report along the lines of test guardrails e) Simplify User stories for test team and create a roadmap of test delivery to Project f) Review acceptance criteria, test cases and automation test scripts g) Evaluate test results and drive defect management Key Skills/Knowledge: a) Experience in Industry standard testing processes and test automation b) Experience in any Server side & Client side testing tools c) Ability to understand Infrastructure and technical design document d) Expertise in industry standard testing tools like ALM, JIRA, Confluence etc e) Good understanding of automation feasibility analysis Experience required: a) Experience in Industry standard testing processes and test automation b) Experience in any Server side & Client side testing tools c) Ability to understand Infrastructure and technical design document d) Expertise in industry standard testing tools like ALM, JIRA, Confluence etc e) Good understanding of automation feasibility analysis f) Key Technical Skills - In depth understanding of Java, Web-IO, API knowledge, Cross Team Collaboration, Good Communication, Stakeholder management Duration of the Assignment: Initial 5 months with likelihood of extension
