IT Project Manager, Professional Services

Precisely's EMEA Professional Services team, manage and support multiple projects across our data integrity suite of products. The Project Manager is key to the smooth delivery of our solution and the development of our relationship with our clients. As such, the Project Manager must be able to demonstrate strong relationship development, project management and communication skills around the implementation of software solutions within multiple business engagements. Additionally, the Project Manager will, on occasions, be main client contact and will also be key in helping us to identify where we can bring additional benefit to the client and the wider business and communicating these opportunities up in Professional Services and the Account Managers.
Responsabilities
Manage all aspects of successful project delivery
Primary point of contact for customers and suppliers
Follow Precisely's and the client's project methodology and governance
Oversee and take ownership of the planning, development, testing and implementation of the solution - in line with the project and programme plans and with the client's project governance
Where necessary, support the translation of business needs into functional requirements that can be understood by technical resources and business stakeholders
Internal and external stakeholder management
Understand and utilize Precisely Tech Support, Engineering and other organizations that may impact the success of the project
Maintain project documentation - Coordinate with on/offshore and other suppliers to ensure requirements and functional specs are of high quality
Effectively prepare for, participate in and follow-up on business meetings and document project impacting influences and tasks
Create meeting minutes, update project plans, action item spreadsheet
Performs the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project and updates accordingly
Provide input into the client's wider implementation goals as required
Work in conjunction with the client's Project Manager, Scrum Lead & Programme Lead when required
Provide project leadership across the Precisely technical consultants
Responsible for Service Level Agreement (SLA) accountability and vendor management
Responsible for acceptance of Technical Solution and Customer satisfaction
Qualifications
5 years' experience in IT Project Management
Able to display fact based critical analysis skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Recognised PM qualification(s); e.g.: PRINCE2 or PMP
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Software Development or Engineering
Relationship management experience
