Job title: Change Business AnalystLocation: Sheffield or home working
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
The person appointed will be part of the Business Change Team and will be responsible for supporting change delivery across the bank. The role will focus on working with key business stakeholders to capture business demand and requirements for change and support them through project delivery including UAT and business readiness. In addition, the role will work on business improvement initiatives.
Main Duties:
Planning and facilitating project workshops Documenting business requirements/user stories Assisting Project Leads in developing project and change plans; Supporting project delivery: Supporting key business areas with business readiness planning o Updating process documentation Co-ordinating UAT Supporting project implementation and warranty Supporting business process improvement: Assisting in the development and review of business processes in the Bank Providing custodianship of the operating model Knowledge and experience Essential Working knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methods Working in financial services Business process mapping Business process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma Desirable Working in agile and waterfall projects Operating model development and maintenance
