Programme Director - Finance / Agile / ProjectWe have partnered with a large scale organisation in Reigate who are looking to add a Programme Director to their senior team on a two year fixed term contract.
Our client is looking to undertake a major overhaul of how they approach their medium financial strategy and as a result want to enlist a Programme Director with previous relevant experience who can redevelop this from top to bottom. While guidelines have been set, the successful Programme Director will be expected to design, development and then deliver this major financial change project.
To be considered for this role the successful Programme Director will have the following:
Previous experience of redesigning, creating and then implementing financial changeExperience of managing budgets of circa £3M+Experience of managing complex programmes.Previous public sector experience would be beneficial.In return our client can offer the suitable Programme Director a starting salary ranging from £93,000 to £100,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Our client have taken a remote first approach with all of their workforce so while the head office would be Reigate, our client is happy for the successful Programme Director to only travel into the office on an as and when required.
