Do you have experience working in a Plastics/Injection Moulding environment? Do you have experience as a Manager within a Manufacturing/Production environment?

This Market leading company have firmly established themselves as a rapidly growing, innovative company who are revolutionising the sector. Despite the COVID Pandemic they have been going from strength to strength and they are anticipating further growth. As the company are thriving, they are looking to recruit a strong people manager to support their growth.

The main purpose of this position is to manage the mould shop processed and procedures to achieve the appropriate and desired outcome. You will need to provide line management of the team, coordinate workloads, monitor issues and ensure KPI's, production targets and objectives are met.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous line management experience within an Injection Moulding/Plastics manufacturer. You will need to have excellent people management skills and be looking to work for a growing/market leader.
