AWS Engineer | BIRMINGHAM | Contract My client is a renowned IT consultancy firm, currently working on exciting new projects and are seeking an AWS Engineer to help with a number of projects on a contractual basis. My client is looking for an AWS Engineer who :has a good understanding of infrastructure as codeis experienced with networking and familiar with routing, peering, DNScan establish a service discovery protocolis competent with monitoring / loggingis familiar with PKIhas experience building CI/CD pipelinesis able to be onsite in BirminghmamThe specific technologies / products required are :Amazon ECS/EC2/EMR/Route53Python / Java (If we go down the route of writing a custom encryption material provider for EMR Java will be necessary)PrometheusDocker / ContainerisationTerraformHadoop / Spark Initially, the contract length will be 3 months with a highly lucrative per day rate to the successful candidate. There is scope for further work due to the number of AWS projects my client is consulting on.
