Service Reporting Consultant - ITIL

Salary: £20-30k

As a tier 1 preferred supplier to one of the world's leading consultancies we have be asked to assist with the search and selection of a Service Reporting Consultant. In this client facing role, you will be working with one of the organisation's high profile UK customers and will be the primary contact for all management reporting activities; including scheduled and adhoc reports, related to BAU processes, updating current productions or development projects.

The Service Reporting Consultant will also be responsible for the operational delivery of the ITIL Reporting Management process, contributing to the development, deployment and maintenance of ITIL aligned processes and documentation.

KEY SKILLS INCLUDE

* Knowledge in Service Management

* IT experience, with emphasis on operational management

* Documentation and report writing ability

* Experience in a Technical Service Centre or Customer Service Environment

* Experience in some of the below technologies ideally:

o ServiceNow

o MS applications (ideally Advanced in Excel)

o Visual Basic for Applications.
