Experis IT is recruiting for a Mid-Senior level Developer to join our Birmingham based client who is looking to continue building out their IT function.

Overview

The role as a Mid-Senior level developer will support our client's projects which are currently being undertaken and assisting further development on their sites. Most of the websites are utilising either PHP or JavaScript and will require strong knowledge and experience using the languages. The role will also require database management development and supporting any network issues, including hardware and software issues. There is a team in place and the successful candidate will provide mentorship and training to the junior staff, assisting them through the full software development life cycle. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to Birmingham, the role will offer part remote working.

Required SkillsExperience in a similar position, mid-level to senior.Expert knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Ability to provide support to junior members of the team.Knowledge of Laravel.Good understanding of network administration.Experience diagnosing IT hardware and software support issues.Understanding of IT security.Knowledge of VueJS and Node.js
