You'rea confident and ex perienced leader, an excellent communicator with the abilityto drive significant change at all levels. You're highly motivated and you lovea challenge. What You'll Be Doing Inour fast paced and evolving environment, you'll be driving, leading andpromoting an autonomous and self-organising team. You'll enable the successfuloversight and analytical insights to our change portfolio through accurateforecasting, planning and resourcing and ensure we deliver the right change atthe right time. You'llbe key to aligning change to strategic priorities and goals whilst creating andembedding a clear line of sight across our business landscape.
