Windows Engineer London to £85k

Windows Engineer / Administrator (Citrix NetScaler VMWare SaaS). Hedge Fund with multi-billion dollars under management is seeking a Windows Engineer with a broad range of Windows based experience and Citrix NetScaler to join a small dedicated team.

As a Windows Engineer you'll be mainly focussed on project work, researching and implementing new 3^rd party applications and technologies and deploying them to the Cloud SaaS platform or the on-prem Citrix estate. You'll be carrying out improvement work, upgrades and maintenance of the existing managed estate and liaising with 3^rd party vendors on support issues, feature requests and licensing.

Requirements:

You have experience of designing, installing and supporting business applications at an enterprise scale level

You have experience with Citrix NetScaler as well as virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Citrix Hypervisor

You have experience with Microsoft products including: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server on premise, Exchange Online

You have a strong appreciation of building security into solutions

You have advanced analysis and problem solving skills

Ideally you will have experience with JIRA and / or Confluence

Experience with SaaS implementations and administration would be a bonus

You have excellent English language communication skills

You're degree educated, Computer Science preferred
