The opportunity

What we're looking for

Our tech stack is Java backed built using Spring Boot backed by a PostgreSQL database, and Angular based front end. We deploy into a PaaS using a Jenkins pipeline. We also interface with Git and the Gitlab API. We are in the process of transitioning towards an event-driven architecture.

We practice Test Driven Development with the goal of having sufficient confidence in our test coverage to enable direct and continuous delivery of our software into production.

We value up-skilling the entire team. To this end, we are seeking candidates who will contribute to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning.

We are looking for:

A software engineer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and in the results that they deliver.

A self-motivated team player with the communication and collaboration skills to keep our team productive and fun.

Who take pride in the quality of your work and in producing clean, well tested code.

Who have a passion for new technologies and applying them in intelligent ways.

Who work well in a team, and enjoy working with others to come up with new ideas or identifying things that can be done better.

Experience with continuous delivery practices.

Java and Angular expertise.

Experience developing and working with REST microservices.

Energy and enthusiasm for working with other developers collaboratively in an agile team.
