Due to growth a leading European Investor and Asset Management company are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.The role will initially be remote working, offices are based in Manchester, Leeds or London
* Providing legal support and advice to the group on consumer credit and consumer finance
* Work in collaboration with compliance to provide legal input
* Provide advice and guidance regarding SAR regulation
* Providing legal support and advice on internal cross-functional strategic projects
Key skills
* 5+ years PQE
* Consumer credit legislation in either private practice or in-house
* Experience with dealing with FCA
