AV Field Service EngineerBerkshire/London salary

One of The UKs leading Audio/Visual Companys Due to continuing success and rapid growth are seeking to recruit an Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to cover clients in london to carry out all aspects of AV maintenance repair and preventativ maintenance you will be part of an existing AV Service Team predominantly working in the greater London area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this field with good knowledge of AV and VC kit
The Role:
*The service Engineer will be responsible for all onsite fault finding and diagnosing failures
* Will have experience in setting up commissioning and fault finding in
Extron Bi-amp QSC Q-SYSClearone Polycom
* Reactive Support calls to client sites and preventativ maintenance visits
*Hands on Fault finding on Extron Crestron and AMX Analog and Digital
*Cable verification termination & soldering skills
*Experience in setting up and diagnostics of Video Conferencing Systems Polycom & Cisco
*Will have in depth knowledge of all aspects of AV maintenance procedures and repairs
* Will have good interpersonal skills with ecceptional communication skills
Installation including AMX Creston Extron Audio DSP Video Conferencing Video Streaming & Digital Signage
*Will have comprehensive working knowledge of all cable types components and their terminations and the ability to terminate them
*Good knowledge of all Rack Manufacturers
*A thorough understanding of the technology behind the equipment and associated interfacing
*Excellent problem solving skill sets and attention to detail
