We are actively looking to secure a Change Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role purpose:

To be responsible for governance of secure hosting changes, as specified within the account Secure Change Management process.

Key accountabilities:Governance of all Secure Change Requests, ensuring all information has been provided, recorded and assigned to the appropriate resource area/sProcess internal and customer RFC to create change records in the account Remedy tool and route these to the appropriate team to processLiaise with technical teams to drive changes to approved status with technical resource assigned for implementationTo seek customer approval for Routine & Emergency request and to be the final approver of Routine & Emergency hosting changes.Regulate customer freeze periodsTo take ownership of a query or issue relating change.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:Proven experience in customer services.Proven experience of multi - taskingExperience within Change Management or Incident Management.Understanding of Change Management process and systems.Understanding of IT & Hosting Technology
