Head of Infrastructure (AWS)

London/Liverpool - UK Remote

£70,000 -£88,000 + Healthcare, Leisure Club Membership, Holiday, Pension + Autonomy

Excellent opportunity for a Head of Infrastructure and Security to join a Bafta award winning and innovative SaaS company who create interactive media for the Gaming, Entertainment, Live Sports and Broadcasting industry, in an autonomous and varied role where you will make key technical decisions and manage a team.

This rapidly growing company provide bespoke software solutions for live user interaction working on exiting projects for industry giants such a EA Sports, Nickelodeon, ITV and Sky. They are now looking for a Head of Infrastructure and Security to lead the DevOps Team and manage the security processes.

In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and improving deployment, managing the Cloud-hosted Infrastructure and developing the internal security management systems.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and experience managing AWS Cloud-hosted Software platforms. They will have a strong background as a Systems Administrator or DevOps Engineer and have a professional information security qualification.

The Role:

* Ensure the smooth operation of AWS Cloud-hosted Infrastructure

* Lead a team of DevOps engineers

* Responsible for the Information Security Management System

* Support the business in obtaining industry certifications

The Person:

* Ability to implement Information Security best practices

* CISSP or equivalent professional information security qualification

* Experience as a Systems Administrator / DevOps engineer

* Able to commute to London or Liverpool or work remotely within the UK
