Role: EMEA Project Manager - GCB Loan Middle Office Experis is working with a is a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services, dedicated to helping the world's leading companies build stronger businesses. They are looking to bring several Project Managers on board to help with exponential growth in their organisation.The global corporate bank (GCB) manages the investment banking company overall relationships with large corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organisations globally. The role is working within Banking predominantly with clients in London to provide expertise in the negotiation of legal documentation and end-to-end transaction management to deliver timely client focused service for loan and traditional trade finance products. The credit products execution team partners closely with the client's coverage teams, as well as external legal counsel and syndicate Banks. Responsibilities: Deliver documentation negotiation management and transaction execution of credit facilities and ancillary documentation including legal documentation across corporate lendingWork within capital facilities focusing on bilateral and syndicated transactions and a sound knowledge of LMA and market standardsWork with stakeholders and suggest appropriate solutions with Corporate Bankers, finance, Legal, Credit and Tax communications as necessary and manage any issues in a timely mannerManage Reporting, preparation of legal documentation, negotiations, credit agreements and sale lending Skills and Experience: A strong understanding of credit execution, transaction management, deal negotiation, credit products and banking processes as well as syndicated and bilateral loansStrong understanding of lending products and agreements example loans in particular LMA and traditional trade productsMust have experience of working within Banking or investment financeMust have a clear understanding of loan agreements, loan lifestyle and the accompanying legal documentationDemonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externallyGood organisational skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritisation skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills This role is initially based in the UK from home but will need regular commutes to London.
