What you'll do:

As a Resource Analyst in Global OTT Technology Central Services, you will support the technology and delivery teams to be more efficient and successful.

You'll play a key role through the following competencies:

- Governance: Supporting and maintaining an accurate headcount picture for the department, hence enabling effective decision making. - Ensuring data on all Sky systems is accurate and in sync - Mapping of new starters, leavers, contractor extensions - Supporting the hiring approval process for future resourcing requirements - Supporting creation of management reports and dashboards - Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with department managers, Heads of Department, as well as Finance and HR. - Budgeting and cost control: Support in preparing the annual headcount forecast and budget for submission. Proactive planning to mitigate any resourcing or skills gaps. - Innovation - Support continuous improvement in processes and controls

What you'll bring:

- You'll be an experienced Resource Analyst with experience of resource planning and forecasting processes. - You'll have a 'can do' attitude, will lead by example, and be prepared to go the extra mile when needed. - You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent prioritisation skills in order to balance key priorities. - You'll be adept at solving problems, working effectively with different stakeholders, upto and including Director Level, and be comfortable in doing so. - You'll have advanced numerical and analytical skills with an ability to manipulate large volume complex data into easily understandable reports and analysis, using Excel and PowerPoint.

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There's also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
