The Role

Our core customer applications are critical to us achieving our strategic goals. We need to drive how we develop and support these applications to improve customer and user experience, enhance operational efficiencies and better utilise our technology.

As our D365 Development lead, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our D365 CRM as our core customer data tool. You will deliver and direct how we use and benefit from CRM including being an essential stakeholder for our Member Experience colleagues, and make sure we are obtaining the most benefit from our technology.

Reporting into the Application Services Manager, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary technical team responsible for developing and supporting core customer applications. You will be involved in CRM product development, lead configurations and environment management, and proactively support resolving bug/incidents.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with substantial experience leading D365 CRM technical development and support. With experience in Agile environments, you must be able to engage with and provide consultancy to colleagues across the organisation, particularly IT and our Shaping Our Future programme teams.

As D365 CRM lead, you'll have proven ability to problem solve creatively, robust analytical skills, understand how to deliver insight to colleagues and be able to communicate effectively.
