Performance Analysis Consultant, Bristol office - Remote working available, Up to £75,000 plus benefits. You will be an experienced Software Engineer looking for a role where you will be given fresh challenges and problems to solve on a regular basis. You will work with customers across the world to investigate and analyse performance on a wide range of devices and technologies. You will develop software prototypes and write scripts in C/C++, use third party performance analysis tools for a variety of platforms, you will investigate the root cause of a bottleneck and use performance data to identify issues with user experience. Key skills and experience:10+ years of software development experienceA programming "generalist" ideally with C/C++ experienceHungry for problem solving and improving performanceStrong communication skills and ability to liaise with customersAny experience in reverse engineering or with performance analysis tools is a bonus Experience with Android/iOS is beneficial This is a senior role that will suit an experienced software engineer who is interested in performance and solving problems for globally renowned technology companies from the comfort of your own home (and/or in the office).
