Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst (focus on Supply Chain processes) who is a functional specialist on ERP (JDE or SAP) to join the OMCE IT Business Process Innovation department (BPI).As a BPI Business Analyst you will start supporting current ERP, JDE XE, and then you will be part of the reformation project to implement new ERP. ResponsibilitiesBusiness-IT AlignmentAlign with the business, with focus on SCM, to understand their strategy and goals to ensure system solutions provide the expected business value;Work in partnership with the business to identify and evaluate system solutions to realise the strategy;Act as facilitator between the business and IT;Business-IT SupportAct as second level Helpdesk to provide functional system and process support in your domain, with particular focus on ERP and satellite applications;Investigate and resolve incidents and queries concerning business system issues;Pro-actively identify improvements for existing applications and take actions;Support existing business process improvements;Collaborate with IT and software vendors to understand and drive the resolution of technical issues;Business-IT ProjectsAct as project member on different project phases in the role of BPI Functional Business Analyst and/or Subject Matter Expert (process / application);Identify and translate business needs into requirements and IT solutions;Support the testing phase and the training to Key Users and End Users;Can act under request as a IT Project Manager in small or large scale projects;Skills & QualificationsAt least 3 years experience as functional ERP (JDE or SAP) SCM Business Analyst;Professional proficiency in English language (verbal and written);Bachelor or Master degree (e.g., Business application development, Computer Science);Eligibility to work 40 hours a week;EU working permit;Required Knowledge And ExperienceDemonstrated knowledge of the Supply Chain Processes: Procurement, Planning, Logistic, Customer Service;Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain modules in JDE or SAP;Proficient with eliciting ERP integration requirements;Demonstrated knowledge supported by experience on data queries tools (e.g. SQL);Demonstrated experience in ITIL Incident, Problem and Change management;Knowledge and experience with project management;Experience with Business Intelligence software / Data warehousing (plus);Good to have:Team player;Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things;Systems thinking;Pro-active, Self-starter, Takes Leadership;Ability to work in a multicultural environment;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex data and arguments;Strong presentation & communication skills, able to communicate with top management as well as operational staff;Effective and influencing communication in an international environment with management, IT, engineering, software partners and suppliers.Benefits:Working in an international multicultural and dynamic environment;Learning, analysing, improving, innovating processes in a global and complex supply chain context;Being part of a global IT and Business reformation project;A good salary according to your experience;A company laptop and mobile phone;29 days of holidays per year based on a full time employmentOpportunity to work from home part of the week;Commuting allowance in accordance with company policy;Opportunity to join modern pension scheme;Opportunity to join collective health insurance;Opportunity to join our fitness plan.
