IT Support Technician - up to 26K

Fareham, Hampshire

Market leading Software Development house, that delivers software solutions to both the private and public sector, is expanding their support team and looking to recruit a Support Technician to provide 1st/2nd line support. You will be responsible for assisting with hardware and software problems via phone, email and face to face within the EPoS environment. The role is varied, so could be anything from installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all software and hardware (including but not limited to PC, terminals and printers) to ensure optimal performance.

If you are a Support Technician with a minimum of 1 years' experience, proven track record of excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Any understanding of EPOS, SQL Server, TCP/IP, Windows Operating Services or VNC, would be highly desirable.

Salary: up to 26K
