The company is a market leader in self-service, information and patient call technologies in Healthcare settings and is looking for a confident communicator with dedication and enthusiasm, who is able to train end-users with varying degrees of computer skills, giving them the essential skills to help perform their day-to-day jobs with their applications. This is not a highly technical role however the successful candidate will have a basic understanding of IT equipment and language.

The role will be based in the West London Operations Centre in Chiswick.

The Role: Remotely on board new customers in the NHS, GP Practices and wider Healthcare sector Take escalated customer support calls Provide support via video conferencing and phone Occasionally run online training sessions with multiple users Assisting with the customer fulfilment and implementation process Co-ordinating operational activity with other members of the team Maintaining warranty and licence agreements Assist with the Delivery / Support for all operational tasks Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams The Candidate: Must have good written and verbal communication skills Confident and lively presenter both online and in-person Enjoys problem-solving Proactive, with the ability to identify improvements in current processes and also introduce new ones Great attention to detail Real enthusiasm for working with a wide range of people Ability to remain calm under pressure Customer-centric individual A basic understanding of hardware architecture and networking, firewalls and routing An ability to explain new software to non-technical users Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel (other typical daily applications include: Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Workspace) Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose common windows network errors Desired but not essential: Familiarity with VNC, Windows Remote Connection, PuTTY, Clonezilla and general network configuration standards IP, Gateway, DNS and MAC addresses would give you a distinct advantage Exposure to web based applications and the most common web stacks (MEAN, LAMP etc) Experience in customer support or implementation for a technology or SaaS company Higher education in a technical discipline Exposure to Linux OS
This is an entry level position so new graduates can be considered; we are looking for someone that can be promoted to a higher role from year two.
