Technical Support Engineer Camberley to £50k

Technical Support Engineer (Mobile Signalling). Do you have experience of supporting mobile signalling / networks? You could be joining a mobile communications software house that create cutting edge 4G and 5G network solutions that are easy to deploy, manage and scale and are used for a variety of purposes e.g. to set up and enable mobile communications within a disaster zone or to prevent mobile network communications e.g. in a prison.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will provide remote customer support and deployments of mobile networks based on Linux technology; troubleshooting and reproducing issues reported by customers and creating reproductions in house prior to escalation to the engineering team. You'll partner with customers to deliver training and knowledge sharing; commission and configure customer equipment.

This role has lots of scope for progression, learning and development.

There's a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in time you'll join colleagues in Camberley, Surrey for part of the week in a hybrid model.

Requirements:

You have experience of supporting / deploying mobile telecommunications systems

You have a strong knowledge of Linux OS

You have experience of delivering technical training to customers

You have advanced organisation, planning and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

You're collaborative and pragmatic with great communication skills
