About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and talented Database Analyst who is looking to progress their career to join a dynamic established database team and share responsibility for the technical and

administrative database support for Tessitura (our Customer Relationship Management

application) and other business systems including Artifax (our Event Management application).

In addition to supporting, managing and maintaining our Business Systems infrastructure, you will assist develop online sales and ensure best practice in the use of e-marketing techniques across all our services. You will develop and maintain SQL server processes and procedures as well as work on projects to improve our business systems too.  Important will be the ability to make sure our systems comply with legal requirements and regulations. You will also get involved in user groups and work to deliver high levels of user satisfaction as well as ideas to guarantee we remain at the forefront of system development.

Using SQL skills, you will work closely with the Business Systems team managing our CRM System, identifying database trends, providing actionable insights to improve performance, analysis and the reporting of company data. Full training on our business systems will be provided to ensure you can carry out your role successfully.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of SQL and experience of working with databases. You must have good IT skills and be a proficient user of MS Office. You will have experience working with a CRM System and comfortable delivering training and communicating information too.

Your technical talents will be complemented by excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills as well as the desire to work in an environment where doing and working together is the norm.

Experience of IT systems administration, management and development would be an advantage.
