ROLE - 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician
LOCATION - Slough (Part Remote)
SALARY - £30k - £36k
 
We have partnered with a growing consultancy and service provider in the Slough area who have just won a number of large-scale, international projects and are looking to grow their Infrastructure Support team on a full-time, permanent basis. Supporting clients in a number of sectors the company have sites across the south of England and boast a number of partnerships and accreditations, they are currently going through their cyber essentials accreditation.
 
The successful 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician will ideally have experience with the following:
 
Office 365AzureRemote access supportSQL ServerNetworking & FirewallsWorking with 3rd parties and vendors 
The successful 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician will be carrying out remote access and on-site support, whilst the business is operating primarily remote right now there may be some requirement travelling into the office and visiting customers too. The 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician will be setting up and managing users in Azure, performing 2nd line support, server maintenance and patching.
 
Because of the nature of some of the clients you will be working with, the 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician will be required to obtain clearance.
