I'm looking for an electrical design engineer to fill a long term contract role at a key client.They manufacture high-value, low-volume, highly specialised industrial equipment for use in the semiconductor industry. Job Type: Contract (Inside of IR35)

Rate: £33-£40 p/h

Location: Clevedon, Bristol

Duration: 12 months (rolling thereafter) Skills:Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering.Design experience in electrical engineering for industrial equipment. Do not need to have vacuum pump or abatement experience.Design and calculations for 3 phase power, busbars, circuit breaker and distributed power inside industrial equipment.Designing to industry standards and compliance, producing compliance documentation and reviewing compliance requirements with external approvals bodies.Ability to produce circuit diagrams - Autocad electrical. Producing piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), hazardous operability study (HAZOP), etc. required, but training available.Hands on fault finding or configuring on equipment when necessary.Electrical Thermal Management Systems knowledge desirable but not necessary.
