10-14 Week Contract (potential for extension)

£220-£270 Per Day (Ltd Co/Umbrella)

Are you an Site Manager with experience in Commercial Fit Out projects looking for your next immediately available, days based contract position in the London area?

The company are a highly respected industry leader in their field who offer fit out for the educational sector. Due to a securing multiple new, large project they are looking to expand their team on a Contract basis with an Site Manager.

The successful candidate will need to have a background in Commercial or Residential Projects and who is looking for their next immediately available contract, days based role.

On offer here is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Project Manager who is looking for an immediately available, days based contract role if wanted for a market leading Commercial Fit Out Contractor. The Role:

*Site Based role around London and the Home Counties

* Commercial Project Management: Running of site, pre-construction, site organisation, liaising with the client- site walk around, ordering materials, ordering labour

*10-14 week contract (potential for extension)

*Immediately available, contract role

The Person:

* SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Safety, NVQ 4 or above

* CSCS card

*Experience on Educational Projects

*DBS Check (Preferred not essential)

* Available immediately
